HIRAETH BOOK COVER REVEAL!!!

Oh boy, we’ve got some fun things to talk about in this one…

Guys, it finally happened. HIRAETH is formatted. HIRAETH has a cover. HIRAETH is COMING SOON TO A SALES PAGE NEAR YOU! aHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I cannot begin to articulate how surreal this moment feels. It’s been so many years of trudging uphill, fighting against Pandemic demons and Life in general to get this book in a place where it was readable. I am so, so ready to put The Tempest Series to bed, and y’all… It’s finally time to do that. 

Like I said in the last newsletter, I’m not going to be doing a pre-order/marketing period like most publications. This book has been cooking for way too long and it just feels weird to try to do a marketing blitz/blurb push when it’s the 5th book in a series most of my current readers haven’t read yet. As soon as I’ve approved the physical proof I’ll be hitting publish on the thing, and once that happens, expect a new option to appear on the signed copy order form on my website for those of you who want a signed HIRAETH to finish out your Tempest collection (tenuous date is 4/1 but it may happen sooner, just fyi!).

I’ll have a few copies on hand at Sekaicon in April for those of you who want to pick it up in person. I’ll also be trying something a little new at the next few conventions where I’ll be taking physical signed copy pre-orders in person, so if someone were to stumble upon me, realize they don’t have the last Tempest book while I’m out of stock, they’ll be able to pay me at the con for a book I’ll mail out once I’m home. Hopefully, this will help make up for the fact that I don’t table regularly with Tempest titles anymore. I’d like for people to complete their collection at-con without relying on me to have copies on hand.

So, there you have it! I’m sure more things will pop up between now and publication (I’m considering running an ebook sale on the full series as well once HIRAETH goes live, but we’ll see), but let’s get to the part you’re all waiting for. The cover reveal!

Sun, as always, did a phenomenal job. This series really would never have existed if it weren’t for her artistic genius leading the way, helping me through graphic design conundrums, and just being the best hype-man I could ask for.
